Induction Furnace

Induction Furnace consists of Power frequency induction melting furnace and induction holding furnace.

Melting furnace

The melting furnace is composed of furnace body and frame, insulation and refractory materials, inductor and cooling system.

The internal of the furnace body is a furnace chamber which is bricking in mold bricks. Between the mold bricks there is the furnace lining that is ramming of quartz sands. The high voltage side of the furnace inductor is the coiled in rectangle hollow wire. The low voltage side is general call a short circuit coil of melting channel Whose material is just the material for melting. After turning on the induction device, under the effect of induction heating, the copper will be melted.

Furnace body and frame: The shell of furnace body is composed of welded steel structure to ensure reliable operation and no deformation under high temperature and heavy load.

Thermal insulation and refractory materials: It is composed of lightweight thermal insulation brick, quartz sand ramming material, refractory brick, etc.

Inductor: 2 sets of power frequency inductors are adopted.

Cooling system: Ensure the cooling of inductor water jacket and coil. For details, see water cooling system.

Holding furnace

The holding furnace is composed of furnace body and frame, insulation and refractory materials and cooling system

Furnace body and frame: It is composed of welded steel structure to ensure reliable operation and no deformation under high temperature and heavy load.

Thermal insulation and refractory materials: composed of lightweight thermal insulation brick, quartz sand ramming material, refractory brick, etc.

Inductor: 1 set of power frequency inductor.

Cooling system: Ensure the cooling of inductor water jacket and coil. For details, see water cooling system.
